Head Coach - Gerry Turley Head Coach Gerry Turley is in his 4th season with the Arizona Caliente, and boasts one of the best win-lose records of any coach in all of women's football (23-8). Coach Turley is a 1984 graduate of Tempe High School in Arizona. He played college football at both Eastern Arizona College and New Mexico Highland University.
His coaching experience extends through his years with the Arizona Football League (AzFL), in which he has coached both the Mesa Lightning (Amateur 9 man full contact football) and the AzFL Scorpions (Amateur College 11 man exhibition football team). As Head Coach of the Mesa Lightning, he was selected All-Star Coach 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001.
Coach Turley was named 2001-2002 WAFL Head Coach of the Year.

General  Manager - Jennifer Cada Jennifer Cada moved to Arizona in 1993, but is originally from the Midwest; born in Elmhurst, IL and raised in Oshkosh, WI. Before getting involved with women's football, her background in sports included playing primarily soccer, basketball and flag football, and coaching youth soccer and basketball. In college Cada played basketball for Hofstra University in New York. She has always been a huge supporter of athletics, and is currently on the Advisory Board for Women in Sports magazine as well as a volunteer for the Grand Canyon State Games. Ms. Cada is a licensed Realtor and also owns The Perfect Solution - Public Relations & Marketing firm. As an entrepreneur, Cada enjoys the challenge of owning and operating a women's football team, but says that her real goal has always been to help further the opportunities for girls not only in football, but in all sports.
